RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
ORDER CANCELLATION
All purchases can be canceled until they are dispatched. If your order has been paid and you need it modified or revoke it, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, your order can no longer be cancelled.
REFUNDS
Here at Teflon Beauty, we ensure that every product is in the best condition for our customers. All sales on our customized wigs are FINAL. In the event it is determined that Teflon Beauty at fault for a defective customized wig; the item should be returned for a refund or exchange. Eyelashes products that are defective or destroyed during shipping can be returned for a refund or exchange, upon the receipt of the returned product.
Otherwise due to the nature of products sold and requirements for hygiene and safety of both our customer and staff, all sales are final.

Customers will be accountable for handling return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address during the order process.)
- All items bought on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALES and cannot be refunded.
